The Consumer Price Index was 113.2(2005=100) in October 2009. This index decreased 0.3 percent from the preceding month and rose 2.0 percent from October 2008.

The index excluding agricultural products and oils was 113.0 in October 2009. This index increased 0.1 percent from the preceding month and rose 2.6 percent from October 2008.
